Which file formats do you accept?

PNG, JPG or PDF. For best results: minimum 150 dpi at full print size, ideally with a transparent background (PNG). Vector files (PDF/AI) are ideal for crisp edges and text.

How large can my print be?

Chest print: max. 10 × 10 cm. Front and back print: max. 30 × 40 cm. Sleeve print: max. 8 × 25 cm. Our team scales your design optimally within that zone.

Which print technique do you use?

Accepted Answer

DTF (direct-to-film) for full-colour designs and photos, flex for crisp names and numbers, and flock for a velvety, matte look. We pick the best technique for your design.

Question 4

How does the volume discount work?

Accepted Answer

The discount is calculated automatically per product line: 5% from 10 pieces, 10% from 26, 15% from 51 and 20% from 101. You can mix sizes freely within the same line.

What is the lead time?

Accepted Answer

Standard 7–10 working days after your order. Express (5–7 working days) is available for most products. Large runs (250+) are planned in consultation.
