Terms & conditions
These terms apply to every order placed through deprintbar.com. By ordering, you agree to them. The sections on artwork and withdrawal are the ones worth reading.
1. Who we are

2. Prices
Prices shown on product pages are in euro and exclude VAT. At checkout you see the total including 21% VAT and shipping.
Volume discounts are applied automatically per product line: 5% from 10 pieces, 10% from 26, 15% from 51, 20% from 101.
Standard shipping is free from 50 pieces; below that it is € 6.95. Express is € 14.95.
3. Orders
The contract is formed once our payment provider confirms your payment. You then receive a confirmation email with your order number.
We may refuse or cancel an order if the uploaded file is unusable, if we suspect it infringes third-party rights, or in the event of an obvious pricing error. You are refunded in full.
4. Payment
Payment is handled online by our provider Mollie (Bancontact, iDEAL, card, SEPA). We never see or store your card details.
Production starts only after payment is received.
5. Your artwork
You are responsible for the file you upload. You confirm you hold all necessary rights (copyright, trademark, image rights) to have it printed, and you indemnify us against third-party claims.
We do not print anything racist, hateful, unlawful, or clearly infringing on someone else’s rights.
We print your file exactly as you supply it. Check your design (spelling, colours, resolution and placement) carefully before you order; we cannot change it afterwards.
Screen colours always differ slightly from colours on textile. Small deviations in colour and positioning (up to approx. 5 mm) are inherent to printing and are not defects.
6. Delivery
Standard delivery is 7–10 working days after your order; express is 5–7. These are indicative and start when your payment is received.
Large runs (250+) are planned in consultation.
7. No right of withdrawal on printed textiles
Important: the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods printed to your specification (art. VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). A shirt with your logo on it cannot be resold to anyone else.
Your order is final once it goes into production. If you need to change something, contact us immediately: as long as we haven’t printed yet, we’ll try to help.
This does not affect your rights if we make a mistake; see below.
8. If something goes wrong
Received something other than what you ordered, or something that differs from your order? Tell us within 14 days of receipt at info@deprintbar.com, with photos. We reprint or refund.
As a consumer you also have the statutory guarantee of conformity.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost revenue or a missed event. Plan your deadline with some margin.
This limit does not apply in case of intent, gross negligence, or personal injury.
10. Personal data
We process your data as described in our privacy policy.
11. Governing law
Belgian law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, Antwerp division.
